Q: I've purchased an item for local pickup. Where and when can I pick up my items?
A: Local pickup is free and located in the South Pandosy area of Kelowna. After you make your purchase, I will send you an email indicating the exact pickup location. You can let me know via email when you'll be coming by.

Q: How much time do I have to pick up my items?
A: You have 7 days to pick up your items. If a product is not picked up within 7 days, your money will be refunded, and the item will go back into the shop.

Q: When can I come pick up my items?
A: Pickup can be done within 7 days of purchase. You can let me know through Instagram DM or head to the contact page and send me a message when you would like to get your items, and I will have them ready to go for you.

Q: I'm getting my item delivered, but I have special instructions on where to leave it. How do I let you know?
A: When you purchase an item, there is a place in the "summary" section on the checkout page to type special instructions. You can put them there. Otherwise, you can always DM me on Instagram or head to the contact page and send me a message to let me know.

Q: How much is it to get my items locally delivered?
A: Local delivery within Kelowna is only $2 per order, no matter how many items you purchase. If you purchase multiple items, please make sure you only select one item for the $2 drop-off in shipping options, and all other items can have the "additional delivery item" selected for shipping method to avoid paying $2 on each item.

Q: How do I get the correct shipping cost if I purchase multiple items to be shipped?
A: When purchasing more than one item to be shipped, please select the regular shipping price for the most expensive item, then select "additional shipped item" for each additional item in the order. This will most accurately give you the shipping price for your order.

Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: Delivery is within Kelowna, BC only.

Q: Can I return an item?
A: Sorry, all sales are final. If the item does have a noticeable flaw, it will be disclosed in the description so there are no surprises.

Q: I want to pick up my order, but I can't come get my item within 7 days of purchase. What can I do?
A: If you cannot retrieve your item(s) within 7 days of purchasing, please choose delivery (within Kelowna only) or shipping to get your items. Items that are selected for pickup and not picked up within 7 days of purchase will be refunded and added back to the store.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Anywhere Canada Post will deliver to!

Q: How can I get a hold of someone regarding my purchase or a question I have about an item?
A: You can head to the contact page and send me a message or DM me on Instagram (@LovedAndFoundKelowna) and I will try my best to respond within 24 hours.
